Watched a russian/russian language film on netflix or amazon prime about a corrupt bureaucrat who is killed by his young wife’s lover and dumped in a frozen lake. As i remember it, the film begins and ends with the haunting imagery of a crow pecking on a frozen hand. Does anybody know the title of this fim? Thanks.
