It was about a guy who marries a girl he doesn’t love. They go on a bike trip across the country but he is always grumpy and serious. Despite this, the girl is always happy and energetic.

Eventually they have an accident and the girl dies but then appears alive mysteriously. The film continues with the couple stopping by several attractions and the guy confused about his wife.
