Pretty recent (not older than 10 years) American film about a high school dealing with student violence by instituting a police-state environment, with the kids anonymously ratting each other out.  It was a mix of the story with fake news and documentary style coverage I think.

Saw just a small part of it on tv, but I can’t recall the title.  There was one name actor I recognized (whom I’ve since forgotten) , but for the most part it was a low-budget, indie film with teen actors.
