Ok so I am desperately trying to find a movie. It’s features Captain Nemo as a long haired man, sort of like Captain Harlock. The nautilus looked like a giant copper/golden manta ray. He had a daughter who had a pet parrot or cockatoo who could speak. The bird even had a special diving suit. Memorable scenes include an undersea burial an a an epic underwater battle. I think it might have been a dubbed anime of some sort if I have to judge from what I remember of the animations style. I saw it in the 80’s but it could have been made as easy as the late 70’s. Help I want to see it again please!
