I hope someone knows this movie it’s driving me nuts not knowing… I saw it in the 90’s on cable. It is animated and psychedelic. About a boy in an alternate universe. He rides in a convertible car with an alien like companion who is guiding him. They encounter melting clocks at one point. Any suggestions are appreciated. I would guess it’s an 80’s film. Thx!
