I’m trying to find this movie. I cant remember the name of it. It may have been a police movie from the 80s or 90s. The scene I remember is the ankle of a woman possibly a police woman is grabbed by a hand coming from the sewer grate or manhole. Another person ( possibly a police officer) saves her by grabbing her before she can get pulled in. Would appreciate the help
