I saw this movie sometime between 2010-2014. I remember the opening scene was in the snow there was a tree and this guy was acting like he was going to die. Someone came out and was really concerned he was going to die so they gave him a blow job until he orgasmed. Evidently he needs to orgasm frequently or he will die. There were various sex scenes through the movie in their house. I think the movie was French. This movie was honestly weird af and I really need to know the title.
