A guy builds a girlfriend, she starts as code, he builds her from scratch and she sometimes gets jealous, eventually she becomes a military secret and can beat a super computer. He uploads her to the internet so she can live forever but she takes over and starts carrying out cyber attacks.
When they communicate it’s like her face appears on the computer maybe if im remembering correctly, could be in the form of ascii art on the screen
She may or may not get her own body at some point
By the end I think he has to delete her, I don’t remember if he lives or dies.

This looks interesting but it’s not this, in that movie the computer has a male profile and is interested in the female neighbor of the main character. The movie I’m talking about is a female profile on the pc and is interested in the male main character.
