Italian film. The old couple lives in a country house. Another young couple comes to them on a car. The young woman had beautiful shoes and maybe smth on her head too and dress. An old man that lived in a mansion asks permission to paint a portrait of a young girl. While her husband is working on something (maybe book?). That quite old man had a wife. I remember it ends on a courtyard scene in the city, there was small table where men was smoking cigarette and I think was offered money.
