I’m finishing a project for my school’s movie club, and I was tasked with identifying the film titles of about fifty movie clips. However, I’m really stuck on two of them. The first looks like a British movie (given the car headlights, street style, and the subtitle being in English). I thought it was perhaps a documentary on dumpster divers/recyclers, but my searches didn’t get me anywhere

The second clip appears to be a vintage film involving what I’m guessing are northern European people snowshoeing and having contests.

I know this is a little different, but I’m stumped and appreciate any help you all could lend me. For what it’s worth, the films have to be listed on IMDB, so they won’t be small, unreleased things. Thanks!
