this movie is pretty recent. shot around maybe 2010? maybe a little later? either way it can’t be more than 10 years old

it’s about a girl and her mom (I think) who move to a new town, and all her neighbors talk about how what happened in that house was bad. I think there is one scene where a boy she meets in the town are making out in an old house? not sure. the scene I remember for sure is that the boy locks her up in a room, and he ties her up with some kind of electronic cord. I believe the boy starts to record her, and I remember she ends up escaping.

I want to say it was on a channel like lifetime or something similar
