i remember seeing a movie roughly 10-15 years ago. It was about a man coming back from war, or collage and somehow his hand got cut off. His family tried to help him but he didn’t want to be a breden and left. He got a job at a cafe and put out the fire with his fake hand. That’s all I remember, thanks for your help.
i remember seeing a movie, must be at least 30 – 40 years ago. the one haunting scene was a man in a striped suit, like that of a prisoner or holocaust victim. he appears to be insane, as he is oiling the wheels of a baby carriage as a woman crosses the street with it. she tries to pull away from him. the film is in black and white, and is very old. this is driving me crazy…what is this film? thanks
