There is this movie that I loved to watch all the time when I was little. It was about two African Americans, I think one was like from Jamaica or somewhere like that and I think he had dreads.  They were both motorcyclist and they pretty much traveled together. I think one got shot and he couldn’t drive his motorcycle anymore.  His partner had to take care of him.  Then later in the movie he died so it was just one left. I remember one place that they went to was Washington D.C.    The movie used to come on Encore or Starz. Please someone help me!!!! ?
