It was a tv movie in color on LMN in the 2010s.  the mom is accepted into a safe house or something.  she calls someone who helps her create a new identity and life, I think that the husband finds them but I’m not sure, and at the end of the movie she married a good man that she met, while she is getting ready for the wedding the lady that helped her the whole time surprised her by showing up which is the first time that they actually met.
