I watched this movie on Netflix maybe 3-4 years ago. It’s english movie but I don’t remember any actresses. This movie is about 4 friends (girls)  who think they didn’t get help when needed. As the movie unfolds, it is clear that each of them were in a situation where that couldn’t have helped the other when needed.  In the end, it’s clear that they are thick friends but tied by situation which creates misunderstandings
