This movie is a TV movie I saw around 15-20 years ago. I was even sure I knew its name, but I cannot find it by name. The name I’m thinking of is something like “The Long Road Home” or something in that manner.

Details that I remember from the movie: a young girl who has never been sick, goes to the hospital (I think because of a car accident) and they discover that she has green blood and other abnormalities. She has a twin brother (who is not really her brother, she was “added” to the pregnant mother right before giving birth). There is an old lady living next door who is also an alien and the girls protector. They get attacked by two other aliens (when in alien form they are energy entities).
