I believe I watched this movie sometime between 2000 and 2005. It is about a familly who lives on a ranch/farm. A mother, a father who is paralyzed and needs his family to take care of him, a young son and a blond teenage daugther. In the movie a mysertious man comes into their lives and leaves a big impact on the familly as he takes on both a fatherly role, but also becomes the love interest of the teenage daugther (who at first thinks that he is some pervert) I can’t remember if this guy is supposed to be some kind of angel or not.

There is a very iconic scene where the teenage daugther, tired of thinking she is a sex symbol, takes off her shirt in front of the man saying “Is this what you wanted to see?” and she shows him her chest that she has mutilated with a needle.
