I am trying to remember a movie and I only know one scene: there is some sort of a monster chasing some people.  The people run into a room and start to pile things in front of the door to keep the monster out.  When the monster gets there, he just pulls the door open because it opens OUTWARD from the room, and steps over the stuff they piled.  I thought it was hilarious.

I think I only saw the scene 1 time, and as I remember, it may have been pretty old movie, possibly in black and white.   Anyone know?
