Can’t remember anything about the movie except that two men are riding on the back of a garbage truck dressed as garbage men and they kill/shoot somebody then ride back on the truck and go. I would assume it’s an action movie. PLEASE HELP! It’s driving me crazy

This movie starts with a scene like that. Two garbage men ride on a garbage truck, man comes out of his house with the trash, garbage men shoot him with submachine guns, then they jump back onto the garbage truck and go away.
