The only scene I remember is that of a man waking up in his workplace to find that all of his co-workers are dead around him. He believes there is a virus and tries to escape to the city where he assumes it’s safe. On his way to the city he sees a roadblock to find military blocking the road. That is when he discovers that he himself houses the virus. This was animated (with color) and I think I remember seeing it on Adult Swim (TV) around 2006 or so. I’ve never found anything about it ever since.
