I believe the movie was a dvd but honestly I might of see it on Netflix, but the movie is basically about this girl getting flashes of memories that her brain blocked out and threw these flashes she solves a murder, the murder has a Lost Soul tattoo across his belly area, I believe it was of a murder she accidentally witnessed as a child.
