It was between 1990 and 1995 that I watched this tv movie with my mother. I can’t even remember what it was about, just remember a few scenes. There was a scene where a child spilled milk on the kitchen floor and was scared to death someone would yell at him, then another scene where the children watch their mother drive away, I believe another scene where A little girl and an adult woman are walking through a very disgusting and dirty apartment(?) and I think there are rats running around and the girl vomits into a toilet and the woman holds her hair back. That is all I remember, I wish I could remember more but I was very young when I saw it on tv. My mother has no idea what I am tAlking about.
