This movie was on the same disk as a Stephen King movie (don’t remember which one) so I always assumed this one was also Stephen King. It centres around a large monster creature with an enormous penis. He rapes prostitues and kills them when his penis exits their stomachs. The movie had a very 80s vibe and was in English. They eventually apprehend the monster and kill it I believe.
