Watched this film about 8 – 10 years ago on the foreign films channel.

This film was probably filmed around 2005 – 2010.

I can only remember one scene in particular that involves an elderly japanese woman who drops something on the ground. Possible beads from a broken necklace or something that scattered across the floor. When she kneels down to pick them up she sees something under a bed or cupboard, a ghost or spirit that traumatizes her. The scene cuts to her daughter / grandaughter coming into the driveway of the house and ambulance and police are there because the grandmother is petrified or dead.
