I’m trying to find a Japanese movie I saw with friends a few years ago that was in Japanese. I can’t remember well but I remember it being about a poor group of guys who slowly build themselves up to become rich gang leaders and in the end up getting ruined. I remember a few scenes where this guy’s brother or friend gets his hand fried but a gang, and in the ending they’re all wearing these flashy outfits and taking drugs and in one scene one guy even gutted himself. The setting for the movie was pretty modern, and it wasn’t exactly an action movie, more like an Action/Drama kind of movie.
