So I saw this movie a few years back so my description may not be spot on. This movie was in color and English. The movie was on television, but I’m pretty sure it’s a movie.
In the movie, this girl get invited to a mansion owned by some guy, who I think was a friend of hers. After a while through the movie, the man explained that he was her twin brother, and to carry on the family tradition, they had to sleep together. The tradition was that these two twins slept together and had twins. These twins then did the same and had twins, and so on and so forth. The owner of the mansion was ill, and had to sleep in a huge tub of water. Because he was sick, he wanted his sister to visit the mansion, so they could carry on the super, twin gene.

It sounds a lot like “The House of Usher” (2006), but in that movie the twin sister dies and it is her friend that comes to the mansion and gets pregnant by the twin brother. It is based on an Edgar Allen Poe story and there have been a lot of versions, including one in 1960 with Vincent Price.
