This movie might or might not have taken place in a forest. Maybe it was a different time than ours. This man brings in a blonde girl with a long harpoon-like weapon in her stomach. Don’t remember what happens next, but this other man saved her life by letting her live by trading her wound for his life. So she walks into the room, sees him lying , sweating, suffering (that should have been her) and thanks him for saving her. I think she thanks him with a kiss, or maybe not . . .
