I need help looking for this particular movie.  These are the only scenes I remember.  One scene is of a little girl in class hitting a boy because he showed the teacher a picture she made of a man’s privates.  Another scene, unfortunately, is of the little girl masturbating in the back of a car while two adult cops are sitting up front due to her being sexually abused.  There’s also a scene where a man lays down plastic in a living room before committing suicide.  It’s one of those obscure movies like “King of the Ants” that came out in 2003, “American Nightmare” that came out in 2002 or “Feardotcom” that came out in 2002.
