Heroes series? One of the later seasons, maybe 5, there was 6 seasons I think. But the cheerleader was lying dead, and Sylus is the one who is messing with her memory. She can re-animate, come back to life once put back together.
Are you sure it was a woman’s head? There was a similar scene in Hannibal where Anthony Hopkins cuts the top of Ray Liotta’s head off and exposes his brain.
