All I remember is that this kid (I can’t remember if it was a boy or a girl, unfortunately) would go to this other world, I think, and hang out with some computer-animated dolls, I think. And one other thing I can remember is that the child called their grandmother “Grams”. And I think at one point she was kidnapped, and the child had to rescue her. I saw it in early nineties, it was in color, but I don’t  remember if it was a direct-to-video release, and I don’t know what year it was released, either, I’m afraid. If anyone knows the name of this movie, I would be very appreciative.
