I watched in mid to late 80’s. There was a semi in it driven by a little person, maybe a killer leprechan. he was chasing a teen couple. the city was abondoned. the teens ran into a empty mall to hide by the little guy followed them, chasing them trying to kill them. i remember a small house they hid in. I dont remember what ever happened to them but always being chased by this little man driving a semi truck. might have been a b movie!! i was about 10 when i saw it.
