Okay, I watched this movie when I was young, I’m 24 now. The only things I can remember is that it’s a semi secluded home near the woods. There was a little girl,  a boy and a woman that may or not be their mother. The woman works in the woods where she’s building a giant spiral like structure out of scrap metal. There’s a scene where the little boy runs to get the woman and when they get back to the home, the little girl is standing outside the upstairs window. The woman rushes up to get her and when the little girl sees her, she begins to scream like crazy. And when the woman turns her baseball cap around, the little girl stops screaming. The movie was in English, in color, I saw it on TV.
