There was a movie (I believe it was from the 80s) wherein a male (I wanna say that it may have been either Tom Cruise or Richard Gere) entered a house through an upstairs window.

He wasn’t supposed to be there; and he was caught breaking in by the lady of the house who captured him at knife point with a large kitchen knife (butcher style knife).

She backed him to a wall, with the tip of the knife held firmly under his chin.  With the knife in place, the whole time, she went down to perform oral sex on the man, with him being helpless to say or do anything about it.

I don’t remember a ton about it besides the above.  It was not a porno.  I’m pretty sure that it was a mainstream A movie.  Unfortunately, I can’t remember anything else about it, including the title.
