I have no idea whether this was B&W, on TV, or even what language it was in. I’m under the impression it was an italian comedy, but that might just be my memory playing tricks. I think I watched it 20 years ago, when I was a kid and since then I’m not sure if I hallucinated this movie or not because I constantly remember it but I’ve never been able to find out.

It’s the story of a man who checks into a hospital for some reason or other and keeps getting diagnosed with worst health problems in the most absurd way and moving up floors. In the end, I believe he throws himself off the roof to escape this nightmare.
