In the 90s I was up late at night watching the art channel and this animated movie cane on. There was no dialog only music. I remember the plot going like this :

A little boy lives in a town that seems to resemble some place in latin America. He befriends a juggling and street preforming teenager. They put on street performances for a little money. Later on in the plot a man in a limousine pulls up and the teenage boy gets in. Later on in the film the teen is very sick and can barely juggle. I think he dies or something. There’s some stuff at the end about condoms. I saw this film years ago and I never knew what it was exactly but I knew it was about AIDS. The animation is either French or latin American. The animation is very simple.
