Okay, so this movie is a animated childs movie about dogs (before you say it, no, it’s not all dogs go to heaven). The movie overall was super trippy. Probably made around the 70’s or 80’s, would not be surprised if it’s a Don Bluth film or made by anyone similar. There is definitely a bad sequel. In either the first or the second, there is an evil pink poodle who is the antagonist. She sings some song and literally breaks through the crust of the earth I think, or escapes some prison. There is hell motifs I’m 80% sure. Please help me if you have any compassion, I have scourged the internet and have reaped no results. This is keeping me awake.
Are they kind of anthropomorphic dogs? Are you maybe remembering “Rock N Rule?” That’s got singing and a hell motif in it. I don’t think there was a sequel, or a pink poodle, though, but it’s been years since I’ve seen it.

The sequel with an evil pink poodle, could it be Madame Mousey from An American Tail: The Mystery of the Night Monster (2000)? If so then the movie is one of the “An American Tail” films. Madame Mousey:
