ok so this movie I ahve literally been racking my brain trying to remember but like all I can remember is that there’s this teenage girl and her mom is super over possessive and she hasn’t seen her dad, and she really wants to become a fashion designer, and she likes the neighbor next door that’s Mexican, and she like goes on a road trip to find her dad I think and she ends up working at a like consignment shop. Then she starts designing her own clothes there… I swear it’s a 90s movie cause I saw it when I was about 11 and it seemed like it was made around then. Thanks!
