…back into school their commander/teacher always busts them.

So the movie involves a group of guys who all attend a military school they break out at night to party/visit girlfriends/etc. When they are done and attempt to sneak back into the school the school’s commander is waiting for them and busts them. After being busted they are punished and have to clean and stuff. Later on in the movie the friends realize that the reason they are always getting caught is cause one of them is snitching on them (think it was their fat friend with glasses and he might be being forced to snitch by the school’s commander). And I remember at the end of the movie they set up the school’s commander by having the leader of the group of guys have his girlfriend belly dance for him (school’s commander).

Movie is in English. Movie is in color. Saw the movie a while ago want to say its an 80s movie or maybe a late 70s movie.
