I can’t remember much about this movie, all except that i think it was about this young guy who was a little goofy, he had red fuzzy hair and liked to fix broken things or /invent things.
Made somewhere between 1980’s to early 2000’s.
Oh and i don’t think his family liked him very much in the film.
and it might be a TV movie.
