Watched a movie in the early 90’s, I don’t remember much but I remember on of the movie hero’s being caught and tied up, then burned with a hot iron until he passes out. he is saved by his partner and taken down from being hung up, that’s about all I remember. movie is probably mid, late 80’s or early 90’s. had a vice city type feel.
Anyone know? This has been bugging me for 20 years. Watched the same movie.ni believe this was in the first 20 minutes of the movie.
