I saw this movie back when  I was a kid in the 1980’s.  All I can remember about it was there was a stair case that lead to a basement.  And there was a hole or well in the floor that had a green glow to it.  It was like it was a gateway to another world. I remember a guy falling into it, buy that’s  all I can remember,  I sure hope someone can help me with this,  cause I’ve been all over the web and even YouTube,  and I keep coming up empty handed.  TIA!!
