This movie that I watched in probably 2012 from red box was about a mother who kept her daughter in the house all the time and if she disobeyed her she would chain her up in a room. The daughter snuck out one day and met a boy, she decided she was going to run away with the boy. She went home to get her stuff ready. Her mom had to go to the hospital for some reason and the girl thought her mom was in the house so when the door opened she started hitting the person who opened the door. She killed them and buried them in the back yard, she thought she buried her mother, but she kept seeing her walk through the house. Mean while her mom is In the hospital also seeing her mom in the corner. The mom dies in the hospital and the daughter finds out it was the boy she was going to run off with that she killed a and buried.

Definitely not An American Crime, saw that one and no boyfriend gets killed and the mother doesn’t go to hospital.
