I’m trying to remember this movie where it introduces a character that the protagonist is afraid of. The scene shows this man with his neighbors arm in his left hand and a hatchet in his right. They’re  outside at a table and he’s threatening him for stealing from him. At this point you don’t know what he stole. It ended up being over his newspaper and the scene is interrupted by his wife saying that she already grabbed it. Please help me, it’s driving me mad!
