Saw this movie at the East Lansing Film Festival, sometime between 1998-2004.
I believe it was Eastern European (possibly Slavic/Russian), it was not in English . The cinematography was blueish, very artsy, but in color.
There were dead people, possibly a single dead man/woman who were supposed to get married. There were dead people who were moving around/living/afterlife but they weren’t like zombies…
There was a small village and definitely a wedding.
Coldness was a factor, either the people died from the cold, or it was cold, or there was snow.
