Saw this film 10-13 years ago. (from this year 2015)

It’s a movie, in colour.

I do remember it having accents, Australian or New Zealand possibly.

Two friends get lost in the countryside as the evening goes on they start to realize that all the people they’ve run into are actually dead. But they only appear in that specific countryside and time of day during the evening.

Near the beginning of the movie they are running down a hill, one of the them trips. At the end you realize that the one who tripped landed on a metal stake which killed him instantly.
