I have some movie stills from 1930’s to 1960’s. These two are from same film, but I have no clue what this film is and do not recognize the blonde actress with the apple. Any clues? I thought the actress was Tuesday Weld but her filmography does not support that guess. I think this was likely late 1950’s to mid 1960’s. All the other stills I have were films released by Twentieth Century-Fox or Paramount Pictures. I could not figure how to post pictures here so I created a Facebook post. If you want to see the two photos, here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/WorldofPawsAbilities/posts/648841108594905
I inserted the actual pics for you. Looks like it could be a stage production.

Nice find Mr. Unknown, that’s a start.
I think “Artists and Models” is the actual name of the film, but I haven’t seen it myself.
I looked at some images and Shirley Maclaine wears a very similar outfit in Artists and Models, although it’s not exactly the same (her sleeves are different and I don’t see the butterfly headdress).
It’s possible that these are promotional photos of the sort the studios used to issue with the stars posed in scenes that don’t actually appear in the movie.
These are stills from: Can-Can (1960) – http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0053690/
Skip to 7:35 for the “Adam and Eve” dance scene.
That is fantastic! Thank you!!!
I think I just fell in love with the internet for the first time! That is amazing. I have 8 other stills that I identified from Can Can but had never seen the movie and had no idea there was this fantasy dance scene in the movie. THANK YOU!!!!!
Mystery definitely solved. I appreciate everyone’s input.
Very happy I could be of some help, DianneB!
The Solve officially goes to Cotopaxi, but this was really a group effort. That was a fun one!
Couldn’t agree more, irtmadmin!
