My grandparents used to record disney movies on vhs tape so i could watch them when i came to visit. One of these movies was about an evil guy… could be a rat, kidnapping Mickey Mouse and dressing up as him to ruin Mickeys reputation or something like that. He also had a evil version of Pluto helping him and I think they both looked muscular or at least bigger than the normal characters.

-the artstyle was similar to rescue rangers or disney cartoons from the 80s or 90s in General.

-it aired on german televison but i can not imagine disney doing a movie exclusive to Germany.

-the last time i saw it was about 10 years ago.

My grandparents threw out all old vhs tapes a few years ago and so I never got to rewatch it, i would be really happy if someone could tell me the name of the movie or if it was part of a tv series or something like that.
