There one scene I remember in particular. The protagonist wakes up amongst a mess of drugs, booze and cash in some sort of stripped warehouse. He converses with his three ‘mistresses’ of varying racial ethnicities before they attempt to have a foursome with him, he resists at first but gives in. They are interrupted by a guard with a machine gun.
I think the film was produced in the late 2000’s possibly 2010. I’m not 100% of the language spoken by the cast but it was likely French. I may be mistaken but the protagonist may have been the identical twin brother of the actual crime/drug lord and had somehow gotten himself mixed up. There were apparently talks about an American remake.
