Multiple years ago (In between 2000 and 2010) I saw a movie in which the main character had escaped a facility or institute on a young age where they used the children for experiments. They got embryo’s of aliens or monsters implanted. The main character who escaped as a child could hide from the people going after him by hiding in a small cabin (I think it was an electricity cabin), however he got electrocuted (the storm that night or maybe because he touched a generator or electric cables, can’t remember that perfectly..)
The alien, monster, embryo that was implanted in his chest got killed because of that. years later, when he is an adult (or in the 20’s) he finds there are other people who also had it implanted who now mutate into a monster/alien.
Please help me find the title so i can see this movie again and finally know which movie I’ve been searching for.

The movie was in color, definitely a movie, not a TV show or anything in episodes.
