Its in black and white. I was very young when I saw it, I’m guessing early 60s. It opens with this dark scene of a cliff looking down over rocks against which waves are crashing down over from the sea and a body is shown drowned of a man who we learn was pushed over while in his wheelchair but i can’t remember why or who did it and we spend the rest of the movie trying to figure this out.
